Crochet 101

Learn to crochet with Alessandra Hayden!
Alessandra is a graduate of the Master of Advanced Stitches and Techniques Program from the Crochet Guild of America, published crochet author and Guinness World Record holder for the Longest Marathon Crocheting.

In this 2.5 hour workshop you'll learn:

- Yarn weights and fiber types
- Crochet hook guide
- Basic Stitches (chain, single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet and slip stitch)
- Different techniques on how to start a project

This workshop is for newbies and will teach you the basic skills that once you have practiced, you will be able to move on to fun and exciting projects!

This is an adult class, but it is suitable for ages 11 and above.

All materials will be supplied, including a crochet hook and yarn for you to take home and practice the skills you've learned.
